Life is better with art

 

Throughout my life, art has been present. It has been my best therapy, my best means of expression, my best introspection. My life has ultimately led me to know, touch, and help others. Without a doubt, life is better with art!

 

When I make art, my senses are alert. Art vibrates from the heart with emotions, from the sight, contemplating the colors and textures, from the touch, feeling the canvases, from the smell, perceiving the pigments, and all of this connects with the brain, where thoughts and ideas come from.
