What does Storming Designs mean?

It is a small local business, dedicated to art, events and design. We connect artists to art fans in one place.

About Me

Industrial Designer and Visual Artist.

​​

I have participated in more than 20 solo exhibitions and more than 30 group exhibitions in different states of the USA and Mexico.

​

I have participated in exhibitions in Mexico, Dallas, Florida, etc. and at local events in San Angelo, Tx. such as Stribling Art Extravaganza, Open Arms Exhibit Benefiting the Rape Crisis Center, Raw 1899, Hispanic Heritage Celebration at the Railroad Museum, ASU Angelo State University, Multicultural Center, HEB, HOSA Hospice of San Angelo, Tom Green County Library, Galeria Verde con Colores Latinos, LYNDALE Senior Living, etc.

I have been a board member in two art clubs, in Mexico and Texas.

​

I like to coordinate and organize events that promote art. Events such as Art Until Sunset during 2024 and Art & Sale Exhibition Día de los Muertos to benefit the San Angelo Hispanic Heritage Museum Cultural Center, during 2023 and 2024. This year I will be organizing new art events.

 

Canvas is my ideal medium to get inspired and create imaginary thoughts. I use acrylic, which is one of my favorite mediums, but I also enjoy working with oils, pastels, mixed media, and more.

I like to represent the human concept, nature, and how abstract thought can be and represent it in a piece of art. 

Clay is one of my favorite mediums in which I can build unique pieces that complement my inspirations as an artist.

I obtained a Mindfulness certification, so I am currently developing Mindful Art, which helps with emotional understanding expressed in art. I also have a certificate in Museums and Museography.

I also do Graphic Design, with Conexión San Angelo being my main client. I have participated in and designed the magazine Art & Culture Connection – Conexión al Arte y Cultura that Conexión San Angelo distributes.

​

I enjoy teaching and sharing the knowledge of painting with my students and clients.

​

With my business, Storming Designs, I have been able to expand art to more people at different events and local businesses. 

​
